Schedule a complimentary 60-minute consultation — that is always the first step. We’ll discuss your goals, your current situation, and which Farova™ engagement tier makes the most sense for where you are right now.
What is the Farova™ Discovery Process?
The Farova™ Discovery Process is a structured, multi-workshop business assessment that examines your organization across Leadership, Culture, and Profitability. It culminates in a FarovaRoadmap™ — your personalized written strategic plan. It is available in three tiers: Launchpad, Foundation, and Pinnacle.
What is a FarovaRoadmap™?
A FarovaRoadmap™ is the written strategic plan delivered at the conclusion of every Farova™ Discovery Process engagement. It reflects your current business health scores, key findings, strengths to build on, development priorities, and a specific prioritized action plan — all built around your goals and your future.
What is Farova™ in Action™?
Farova™ in Action™ is the monthly implementation engagement that follows the Discovery Process. It provides structured accountability, working sessions, financial review, and ongoing advisor support to execute the priorities in your FarovaRoadmap™.
Do I need to complete the Discovery Process before Farova™ in Action™?
Yes. Farova™ in Action™ is built around the priorities in your FarovaRoadmap™. The Discovery Process is the foundation — it gives both you and your advisor the shared understanding and prioritized roadmap needed to execute effectively.
FEES & PROCESS
What are your fees?
Fees are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and engagement tier. All fee structures are discussed during the initial consultation and mutually agreed upon before any work begins. There are no surprises.
What is your billing process?
Farova™ in Action™ engagements are billed as monthly retainers, due on the 1st of each month. Project-based engagements are billed according to the agreed fee structure. All invoices are due upon receipt.
Who is the primary point of contact?
We work with owners, executive teams, and accounting teams — but the primary point of contact is always the business owner. Every engagement is built around your goals and your vision.
Do you work with clients outside Minnesota?
Yes, absolutely. Most non-local engagements are conducted remotely, though we understand the value of in-person connection and will make accommodations where it matters.
